Vacation Bible School

So this week I am going to cheat. We had Bible school every day this week. Since I spent every afternoon uploading pictures to the church web-site with pictures of the kids, I am just going to insert a link to the site and let you go take a look. Blue Daisies

Well, I celebrated a birthday day a few weeks back. Yes, I will admit it now.... It seems like from May 20th - June 24th it is non-stop birthday's in our house. 4 of our 9 are in that time span. We have 3 from Sept 7th - 20th. I had a friend who was gone on my birthday. Sunday she brought this wonderful vase of flowers for me. She was not even aware that Darcy's favorite flower was the blue daisy or that it was Seth's birthday that day. It made them even more special. I should of taken the picture on Sunday rather then letting them sit in the heat for 2 days before taking it. Thank you Rhonda!

Garrett Leaves for Camp

So we took Garrett to the bus to leave for camp for a week. This is the first year in all his years at camp that one of his brothers will not be up their working while he is a camper. He was going to try and smuggle Levi with him. It is hard to believe next year both of those boys will be on that bus. Please pray for him while he is there! New Pool

So my kids are already bored. Yes, I tell them never to tell me they are bored, they will be sorry! I have suggested starting school already for next year but by the time I turn around they are long gone. I had promised them I would buy a new liner for our pool at the beginning of the year. It was one of the things we had planned on getting with our tax refund. Since we have had so many struggles with the rental we have not spent money on anything until we are covered with new renters (one down, one to go). So last week I decided the kids need a liner, of course our pool is no longer made....and this one was only $50 more than the liner was last year. So thy got a new pool. Shelby and Levi start swimming lessons the end of next month. Until them Shelby has a suit with a flotation device built in. I took this picture from the deck. Kaleb has asked if he could dive off the deck. Can you guess my answer?!?!
